Recorded on an old 8 Track machine at Shannon's roaming home, garage and rundown office studios with the exception of two

Augmenting Shannon’s multi-instumental overdubs is Ethan Elwell (Bass) on "What’s Left Tomorrow" and "The New Mind", Dave Crotser (Bass) on "Guided By Minions and Favorites" and Sean Mulready (Lead Guitar) on "Pattern Five".
