An instantly classic hybrid of Hip Hop, Rock & Soul with intense rhythms, beautiful melodies and inspired lyricism.

Brea Quinn began her musical journey as a child singing in the school choir in West Hartford, CT. Armed with her soaring voice and with some instruction on both the piano and guitar she developed a distinct ear for the many types of music flooding the American airwaves. After High School she continued her music in New York City working on several projects with various New York musicians and writing lyrics and musical ideas of her own. She was enlisted by her brother Shannon to sing on several of his original compositions in 1997 & again on his debut solo album entitled “The Unusual Temple” in 2001. In and around 1999 Brea & Shannon began collaborating on a new type of hip hop/rock hybrid and they took their first five songs into the recording studio in 2000. In 2003 they revisited those songs along with 4 new compositions and recorded the album “Overcoming” at “The Coffehouse” in Middletown, CT. Brea has been a featured performer at Madison Square Garden’s Musician Workshop in 2003 and has also performed with live with Shannon and with the Majic Bullets in various Connecticut venues.
